Shipping Times

The order to ship time is generally 3-5 business days. Ship to delivery is generally 1-5 business days. The result is coffee arriving to you right at the peak of flavor.

 We strive for a swift preparation process and orders are typically processed and dispatched within Up to 24-48hrs so that customers can receive their items promptly.

 In certain situations, we may collaborate with a third-party supplier who might handle our inventory and take charge of shipping your products.

Refund Policy 

 Thanks for purchasing our products at Trent Allen Gourmet Coffee.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, such as food items, including Coffee, Tea etc. are not eligible for returns after purchase, and refunds will not be issued, except on a case-by-case basis if products were damaged in transit and found to be at fault of the shipping carrier. Customer must immediately contact us and provide pictures of damages to be considered for possible refund.

we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us immediately, with images of damages/or other acceptable reason for return. If we accept the reason for return, customer must fill out appropriate form provided by us and  the item must be returned to the address we will provide within 14 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be in its original condition.
